Based out of the Spectrum offices in Greenwood Village, Colorado, William “Billy” Sokolowski has been with Spectrum for several years and has held various sales roles (Regional Channel Manager & Partner Development Manager) within the company, mainly focused on the Channel Partner Program. Billy was recently promoted to Sales Director of Channel Sales in the West Region. Billy’s new role will focus on managing a team of Regional Channel Sales Managers with special attention to driving territory development while engaging in partner activities and sub-agent recruitment to master agents.

Jon brings with him over 15 years of tax and accounting experience. His areas of expertise include tax compliance and consulting for corporation, partnerships, limited liability companies, trusts and high net worth individuals.

Jon works with clients on complex tax issues including business acquisitions and dispositions, real estate acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, and debt restructuring. He consults with clients on various tax minimization strategies to defer revenue and accelerate deductions.

Carolyn Dillinger is a business transactions lawyer and has her own law firm called Passion Law. 

She helps entrepreneurs and business owners form corporations and llcs, write contracts, negotiate their business deals, and generally stay out of trouble. She believes in entrepreneurs and enjoys seeing them succeed and achieve their dreams and passions.  

Carolyn utilizes technology in the practice of law and is close to launching her tech platform that will make business law more affordable to the entrepreneur. She is an adjunct professor at Western State University College of Law and she regularly presents to lawyers, business owners, and MBA students. She has held various leadership positions within lawyer organizations including the Orange County Bar Association and the State Bar of California.

Art Gross is CEO and co-founder of Entegration, Inc., an MSP founded in 2000 with a focus on healthcare. Art expanded Entegration into a national business in 2010 by introducing the Secure Now! services, HIPAA Secure Now! and later Breach Secure Now!, which MSPs provide to clients to increase information security and regulatory compliance. 

Prior to founding Entegration, Art worked at Merck, leading business system development and managing emerging technology architecture. Art earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State University, and MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Len Tateyama is the IT Director, Network Operations Center Manager for Alvaka Networks.  An IT industry expert with over 25 years’ experience, Len has overseen the operations and strategic planning for IT departments.

Len believes that IT must align itself with the needs of the business.  These business goals have taken many forms, from: Consistently meeting Regulatory requirements, accommodating rapid domestic and overseas growth, maintaining secure environments, to creating nimble IT Teams that can quickly burst into new initiatives in-order to take advantage new business opportunities.

He has extensive experience in highly regulated environments within the financial industry with tenures at as an IT Director at Trust Company of the West (TCW), Ares Management LLC and the Banc of California.

Matt Bernacchi has been on the forefront of IT and Network Security for the past 12+ years. Through the course of his career, he has been involved in almost every aspect of the IT Security industry. Matt has also worked with some of the leading network security vendors and top MSP’s in North America. In addition to his experience, 

Matt holds a Bachelor Degree from Arizona State University with an emphasis on Information Technology as well as many certifications in the field. Matt currently works as the MSP Channel Account Executive at Sophos covering the western region.

Joshua Litwack has spent more than 20 years in the tech sector and has a passion for leading emerging sales efforts for high-growth technology businesses in the IT, AV, and software sectors. He has worked for and with companies of all shapes and sizes on a diverse array of technologies including Cloud Services, Mobile Location Analytics (MLA), AV/IT hardware and software productivity tools.

As the Director of Business Development at SnapAV, he spends his time working with partners in Pro and Collegiate Sports, Luxury Hospitality, IT/Datacom and Commercial AV to drive revenue growth though solution-focused sales and helping them be more successful with their clients and customers. Joshua hails from San Francisco but mostly lives in airplanes and hotels.

Karima Gulick a registered patent attorney. She helps clients protect and defend their intellectual property.  Before becoming a patent and trademark attorney, Karima spent eight years as an aerospace engineer building aircraft pilot controls, electro-mechanical systems, and designing software for in-flight entertainment.  She dedicated her career to counseling businesses within the tech and creative communities, combining her passion for engineering and the law.
